I downloaded the character creator, and I (obviously) have an account here.  But when I try to upload my characters it says I'm not logged in.  When I click "Online Profile" I get the message "User Not Found: The requested player is not a member of the BioWare community or does not have any Dragon Age data," even though I can see I'm logged in and can see my avatar on the left.

Can anyone help?

You have to log in inside the character creator. Bottom left.
