I'm sure it can be done, I know nothing about modding either.
Just thinking back to MUA1 some of the modded character were cool, some okay and some really just needed to be erased from history and forgotten about. So if Jack can be given hair there will be a glut of hairstyles ranging from awesome to loathsome
