   <- 3.29 you can see some SuZe concepts with hair. Last one is pretty cool.

Definitely looks emo with the pouting face but its still not half bad looking.
Personally though I see Jack more as a bay area punk back in the 90s. Throw on a mohawk and give her a studded leather jacket with a misfits patch.

Check out the eyebrows and the lips, they're exactly the same

I'll give you the eyebrows, but the mouth shape is completely different. Not to mention her overall face structure.

If Jack makes the cut to ME3, I wouldn't mind her growing a little hair (something short, mind you). It could very well serve as a visible sign of some character growth between games. We don't know how much time will pass between games, nor what Jack will be up to, but she should definitely have grown and changed after the events of ME2. A think a new hairstyle could be a reasonable change, if done well. (Of course, BW can't even give Shepard a good hairstyle, so that's probably not going to happen. )

All that said, I have a hard time picturing anything suitable for Jack as we currently know her.

I disagree. Portman at 25 gave us Evey in V for Vendetta. Convincing acting talent there.
Fox is soon to be 24, right? Still waiting.. not holding my breath though.

On-topic: the OP's pic works well on Jack in my book.
I could feel attracted to her with or without hair if I had cared a bit more for her story.

and I for one hardly see "nothing like Jack" there.

 I definitely agree that no hair works on Jack. I have said before that one of the things I like about Mass Effect is the homage it pays to early sci-fi. There is such a fruit salad of stuff in there. I remember being taken aback by Lt. Ilia (played by Persis Khambatta) in the first Star Trek movie. Couldn't resist this picture with her in it (Jack gone Paragon?):
