Alistair is a cool warrior to have around, but as a person he annoyed the hell outta me with his remarks when he disapproved of what I did. When I tried to make amends there was nothing I could do for him, he also refused to give me the templar ability. Also the fact that he doesn't accept the fact that he is the rightful heir to the throne and stand up for his people when they need help really annoys me. I took all of Allistair's gear during the Landsmeet battle, then recruited Loghain and had Anora execute Allistair. I talked with Loghain and he really isn't that bad of a guy. Just that his methods may seem "renegade like" if you know what I mean. He had a good track record, then screwed it up; but at least he wouldn't wimp out on me.
Cant say i dont agree on some level, Aliaster gets on my nerve is like a grown up acting like his still a teenager, sure he throws a couple of funny qoutes but mostly his annoying, he doesnt wanna take responsibility of anything and usually can only ciritize every half good or good surgestions thats put on the table, how he ever became a templar or a wardens beyond me to comprehend he doesnt actually point to that image for me, being more a lackey than anything choosing to have others make his decisions for him and then complain if it isnt what he exspected it be.
The drop fell for me at the landsmeet when he wanted to excute Loghain okay his methods werent the finest, but he did it in good will. surgesting that you kill a role model who could possibly help restore the grey wardens in ferelden and possibly make future blight less a threat seems silly, just because your spoiled and cant stand the notion your sense of justice isnt the same as everyone else logic dictates.
If i dont see aliaster again ill be more than thrilled, if you ask me he dident deserve to be neither king nor a wardens as he is obviously as bad materials for either as Cailen was as king.
