I have a music trigger with enter and exit volume set to 1 in my area, but while previewing the cutscene no music plays. I have Play Sound Events enabled.
Does the sound only work in-game or should it be playing in the preview in the toolset as well? Thanks!

If you click on the Play Sound Events field it has description which says "Sound events can only be played in game. You will not hear them in the toolset."
However, it also says "If true, any sound events associated with animations will be played." That'd imply to me it only means things like effects of weapon hits and whatnot, rather than area-based sounds.
Thinking now i can't recall a single cutscene which would also have the music from the area, so would imagine you either have to start the music before the cutscene manually (similar how it's done for some of the kissing cutscenes) or simply put the sound object as part of the scene itself?

did you find the answer? I am just now getting to the music for my cutscene...if I figure it out, I'll post it.
