Hey so I downloaded the Firewalker free DLC and I think it installed correctly, but when I go into ME2 and load one of my saves, there are no unread messages and I can't find any planets with the quests and Hammerhead. Can anyone help?

Yeah, this is happening to me as well. I downloaded the Firewalker pack, and it installs fine. I go into the game and I don't get an e-mail that initiates the quest. It's like it's not installed.

Buried deep in EA's support site for the game, I found this:
"You will receive notifications for the content when you have met the in-game requirements to access [the DLC].
Armor and weapons will not be available until you have reached a point in the game that allows you to access the armory. Likewise, Missions and Assignments, although installed, will not appear under their respective tabs until you have reached the appropriate point in game."
This may be the issue with mine, as I am only three hours in or so. However, I think there should be some in-game confirmation at the main menu that the content is properly installed. I love the game Bioware, but the DLC process has been a very frustrating experience.
