I am on my second playthrough and this puzzle with the coffin is driving me nuts i can't figure the damned thing out. A reasonable piece of advice for it please?

Some more details, please? Saying "this puzzle with the coffin" doesn't really ring a bell as there are several puzzles in the game.

Kal Hirol trade district about 3/4's of the way through and its after you encounter the walking children grubs.

It's a matching puzzle - you are trying to match the part you can change in each location with the one that you can't interact with. If you touch one and then a second, they switch.
