I'm curious, exactly what would you folks be expecting from a "romance DLC"? I've seen that phrase thrown around quite a bit in this thread and others and not sure what you feel it entitles.
Well.. I believe "romance DLC" is something which doesn't exist...
people should specify if they are expecting
- a "romance PACK", like something we saw by some modders in NWN2 which add romance options for already existing characters in already existing games (like DA:A)
- a "DLC which include some new adventures with old characters, and therefore INCLUDE ALSO some romance moments, if those characters was potentially love interests... I don't think people are interested in a DLC which consists only of 1 hour flirting and anything else...

But this DLC should be playable also by players who didn't had that character as a LI, and still enjoying it
I'll give you a couple of examples
- A DLC where you help Liara in defeating the Shadow Broker
- A DLC where you help Zevran to defeat the Crows
By doing this I think you'll make an adventure which would make happy all those player who had a romance with them, by giving them a couple of moments where to continue their romance, but it would be an adventure that could be played and enjoyed also by all those players who don't have romantic interests..
I think that it should be interesting to help Liara in defeating the shadow, even if your character didn't romance her and therefore he won't kiss her during the game, am I wrong?
This is what I figure when I hear people talking about a "Romance DLC"
