I always think about this when I do Tali Loyalty mission.
.
They were exiled of their home planet by a machine race that was their own creation and now live in a gigant fleet with no destiny.  The coucil kicked them out and all other races seens to think bad of them.
.
That would be acceptable if not by the fact that they are in this situation for centuries. They can't find a planet to call home. They almost don't have a military force, have few resources and always seens to be living on the edge. Even more, they have to live in a suit because theirs immune system is almost non existent.
.
They do have a superb tech skill, but look to where it lead them.
.
The best thing the Quarians could do when the Reapers arrive in to throw their fleet at the them... like a suicide run.

The Vorcha are the worst race.

The Quarian fleet is considered to be a formidable fighting force, even if they don't have the ability to maintain a long-term campaign.

I agree. Its funny how people think the Quarians are powerful because of their large fleet and think they can help fight the Reapers. But they forget that the vast majority are not warships but civilian and that they are all rusty 300+ year old machines that require constant repairs and can't match a modern vessel. Not to mention if there was a hull breach all the Quarians would die.

There's a collector base ... use it to make a quarian reaper.

50,000 ships is 50,000 ships and a lot of those ships are armed with at least some sort of weaponry. I'm not saying that they'd be able to turn back a Reaper fleet but when looking for allies you could do worse than the Floatilla.

From my pov the Floatilla would be no match for a trully military fleet. Numbers alone say nothing.

.

And the Volus are superb economist, and that don't lead them to the almost self destruction.

If by 'worst' you mean best, then ya, I agree.

I love Quarians.  <3

What the heck does your second sentence mean?

Anyway, in terms of fighting strength I rate the Migrant Fleet under that of the Council races and the Geth. Short-term of course.

And besides I already answered your question: The Vorcha.

Well, many of the races view Quarians as petty creatures that steal. When, in all reality, they are very resourceful. They've survived 300 years away from their home planet on ships that are that old. Just listening to Tali talk about the situation in ME1, makes you understand the trials that the Quarian people have went through. Sure, they brought it upon themselves, but that doesn't mean that they deserved it.

I feel that they're kinda stubborn, though...they could make a dedicated colonisation effort to start a new life, with a new homeworld, and accept that the past is the past, and a reflection of their previous mistakes. Difficult or not, it'd be better than this almost pathetic attempt to maintain their grudge with the Geth, which would end up with both sides being wiped out. No quarians who were in the Morning War are even alive anymore...

Even the Geth say that the Quarians no longer view their homeworld as an attainable reality, but more as a distant dream i.e. no longer calling the planet by its name, but rather "homeworld."

I don't think anyone hates on Jayne, but I could see hating on Morrigan and Loghain working.

Worse is fairly subjective too.

I'd vote for the race that created the Reapers over the Quarians.

I think knowing the origins of the Reapers could be the most interesting revelation the franchise has to offer.

Pretty much. Using SCIENCE and LOGIC, I have declared that because Claudia Black (who's not only Morrigan, but Chloe Frazer from Uncharted but Aeryn friggin' Sun from Farscape), Adam Baldwin and Nathan Fillion are quarians, they are INSTANTLY superior.
But they also created the geth, which happen to be the coolest robots this side of Megaman. And yes, while the quarian fleet IS not as technologically advanced as other Council fleets, they're still not a force to be trifled with. Cerberus is afraid to go near the Migrant Fleet without a code because of the overwhelming firepower that happens if they simply try to blast their way in (see: Ascension). After all, quantity is a quality of it's own.
And most useless race goes to the vorcha. They're pretty much pointless and little reason to add them besides the fact BioWare wanted a new enemy type.

I mean I like the Vorcha as the rat monster that they are but I remember a Krogan saying their advantage over Varren was that they don't defecate on the floor.

The Vorcha is almost a sub-species. I really don't care for them.

.

You don't expect nothing from them, as you expect from the Quarians, Salarians, Turians, etc...
