So i was playing through the Noveria missions, and i explored all of Rift station, except the door to the Quarantine Labs is locked. I went to the Hot Labs and initiated the purge, and now there is no one in Rift Station. The scientists are gone, and i can't find Lady Benezia. What am i doing wrong, and do i have to restart my game? I had to fight the ERCS guards, and i already tried turning off my xbox and re loading my game. please help!

If you go to the Hot Labs first, then the ERCS guards will turn hostile because they're given orders by Benezia to kill you. They just figured the Hot Labs would have gotten you.
As to where to go, walk past the medical wing to the door that is guarded by two turrets. That should lead you to Benezia.
