I downloaded Awakening to through xbox live, so I don't have a box with th UPC code.   Anyone know?

I looked this up last night. (I did have Awakening registered, but unregistered it after I returned the disc copy and downloaded it instead.) The short answer is that we can't yet: BioWare is working on a solution to allow us to.

I got an answer, they told me to contact my retailer for the code, in this case xbox live. I never got an email confirmation or anything from xbox, so I'll e-mail them next!

I got my copy from steam...so I guess I email steam?

That would be my guess. The first reply I got was "Please contact your retailer", that's it. When I replied back asking if they meant xbox live, I got back "Please contact xbox live."

...i contacted the live service...they wrote me back telling is not possible to have a code...

what a mess.... we paid 3200 microsoft point for it!

And i cannot partecipate in the bazaar auction being i Italy but even if I cpould ...well the DA:A were not usable...

I bought the game in a Ebgame and the UPC code isn't event working at all... each time I try I got this message... "Code is not valid for game"

But my "Dragon Age: Origins" ans "Mass Effect 2" UPC worked just fine...

Looks like the folks with a PS3 that downloaded it are having the same problem. At least we're not alone!!

Please help us Bioware! I want tokens for the Bazaar!

try reading the rules. you don't have to register to get the points. just answer a link to a questionnaire. it's all in the rules.

you're right but then you need token to pick uop the ante and for tokens you need to register gamess.
infact bioware gave a week for getting token...the bazaar starts the 10 of april (if i'm not mistaken)..

And it's absurd we are not able to register online bought game...cause our money where good when we paied for them...

That's not really the point.  I really could give or take the tokens.  I paid money for the game, just like everyone else, I should be able to register it.

Or you could just go to the store pick up a XBox 360 version of awakenings, flip it over write down the UPC code go home log in and register it using that UPC code as all 360 copys of the Game use the same UPC code. Now this may be a bit shady, but I know a few people who did this after downloading the game from Xbox live.

Are you sure the codes are all the same?
unfortunately the code is in the rear of the booklet not the box...
and it's cheating...

Yep, UPC you need to register the game is on the barcode off the back of the box, they are all the same for the 360 version.

and like I said, i have not done it but I know people that have. and when I registered mine I just used that barcode off the back of the 360 game case.

Well, its been 3 days since I contacted xbox live, and no repsonse from them at all.  I  software support!
